AI allowances reset at 00:00 UTC daily, on Monday weekly, and on the first of each month. A task can use multiple AI calls. When any allowance is reached, wait for its reset or review upgrade options in Settings > Usage. No automatic overage charges.

One subscription per organization, billed through Stripe — monthly or annually. Annual billing works out to two months free: Starter $24/mo, Professional $65/mo, Business $165/mo, billed as a single annual payment. You manage everything (plan changes, payment method, invoices, cancellation) from your billing settings via the Stripe customer portal.
There is no automatic overage charge or plan change. At an AI allowance, wait for its reset or review upgrade options in Settings > Usage. AI windows reset at 00:00 UTC daily, on Monday weekly, and on the first of each month. Entity and seat capacity do not reset on a schedule. Individual runs also have token and safety budgets; a budget stop is not necessarily a plan-quota limit.
So you can plan your work. The current daily, weekly, and monthly allowances are shown above, directly from our plan configuration. These allowances are shared across your organization; one conversation or document-processing task can use multiple calls. Reaching any one allowance pauses new AI calls until that window resets or your plan changes.

No. Each plan includes the entity capacity shown above under one subscription and one login. A client with several companies can use several entities. Compare the capacity to your actual company count, not just the number of clients.
